Tim Taylor
Lead Bookkeeper
Tim founded Taylor's Bookkeeping Service LLC after a decade of experience working in small business finance and accounting. Seeing firsthand how many owners struggled with disorganized books and last-minute tax stress, he built a firm dedicated to doing things differently — with clarity, care, and a commitment to accuracy. He also holds an Associate's Degree in Business Administration, combining formal training with real-world experience to better serve the financial needs of small businesses. Today, Tim works directly with every client to ensure your books are handled with the same attention you'd give them yourself. When you work with Tim, you're not handed off to a junior associate — you work with a certified professional who knows your business by name.

"JT" John Taylor
Bookkeeper
John has been an IT professional for over 35 years. He learned early how to run and build a small business from his Mother, working closely on all aspects of the two businesses they built together, including maintaining the ledger. Running multiple retail businesses with QuickBooks, including his own Technology Consulting Firm, for over 5 years. He knows firsthand the struggles of building and running a business and then the burden of keeping the books up to date. John will work closely with clients to bring clarity and peace of mind to their bookkeeping struggles, whether it is a cleanup of their books or providing reports on how their business is doing. He will partner with you to help you see where your money is going and to strategize and plan how to improve your business and enhance its financial well-being. His meticulous eye for detail ensures every account is reconciled accurately and every report tells the full story of your business. John works closely with clients, not only keeping the books clean but also helping them understand what the numbers mean — turning financial data into actionable insight every month.
